DBM-110X Horizontal Boring Machine
DBM-110X belongs to the DBM series of universal conventional horizontal boring and milling machines, designed for drilling, counterboring, boring, reaming, face milling, tapping and milling.
The machine is suitable for machining large housings, plates, structural components and workpieces requiring precise hole machining. Its robust cast-iron construction, hardened and ground guideways, DRO positioning system and 960 × 1100 mm worktable ensure stability, precision and convenient operation in metalworking facilities, maintenance departments, machine manufacturing and component refurbishment.
The model features a 110 mm spindle with an ISO50 taper, maximum spindle torque of 1225 N·m, spindle thrust of 12250 N, a 960 × 1100 mm table, table load capacity of 2500 kg, X/Y/Z-axis travel of 1250 / 900 / 1400 mm, W-axis spindle travel of 600 mm, U-axis facing-head travel of 180 mm and an 11 kW main motor.

Rigid Construction and Convenient Operation
The machine consists of a bed, front column, headstock, transverse and longitudinal saddles, worktable, rear column and a counterweight system with a pulley. The headstock moves vertically along the column guideways, while the worktable can move transversely and longitudinally along the bed and rotate for workpiece setup.
The main machine components, such as the bed, front column and longitudinal saddle guideways, are manufactured using electrical-contact surface hardening with self-cooling. This solution increases guideway rigidity and extends machine service life.
Central hydraulic control with preselection is simple and convenient to operate. When changing speeds and feeds, indicator lights inform the operator about the progress of the process. The machine electrical system uses a programmable PLC controller, increasing operating reliability. The machine can also be configured to meet specific customer requirements and different machining standards.
