Hydraulic 4-roll CNC plate rolling machine
Plate rolling machine DIGIMA W12-20x2000
Hydraulic 4-roll CNC plate rolling machine designed for precise rolling, pre-bending and forming sheet metal into sleeves, pipes, curves and cylindrical components. The 2000 mm working width and maximum rolling thickness of 20 mm make the machine suitable for both one-off production and series production.

Key technologies
Four rolls and precise CNC control
4-roll system
Allows pre-bending of both edges and proper rolling of the sheet in one streamlined process.
CNC control
Digital control makes it easier to set process parameters and produce repeatable parts.
Hydraulic drive
The hydraulic system ensures stable and controlled operation of the machine's working components.
Pre-bending up to 16 mm
The machine enables pre-bending before the main rolling process.
2000 mm width
The large working width allows sheets up to 2000 mm wide to be processed.
Diameter from 500 mm
The roll system parameters allow a minimum rolling diameter of 500 mm to be achieved.
Conical components
The design also allows the machine to be used for forming conical components.
Repeatable production
CNC control helps maintain repeatable settings while producing subsequent components.
Stable construction
The rigid machine design supports stable material guidance during the rolling process.

Work process
How does a 4-roll plate rolling machine work?
Insert the sheet
The material is inserted between the rolls and prepared to begin the process.
Pre-bend the edge
The roll system performs pre-bending of the sheet edge.
Start rolling
The material is guided through the four-roll system according to the set parameters.
Obtain the finished part
The process produces a pipe, sleeve, curve or another cylindrical component.
Applications
What can you use the W12-20x2000 for?
Sleeves
Forming round and cylindrical components.
Pipes and covers
Production of pipes and protective and structural components.
Series production
Repeatable CNC settings make series production easier.
Conical components
Possibility of producing components with conical geometry.
