Model
WM11-8x3000
Key technologies
Three rolls and hydraulic drive
3-roll system
Two lower rolls guide the sheet, while the upper roll provides pressure and forms the required radius.
Hydraulic drive
The hydraulic system ensures smooth operation, good process control and convenient handling during plate rolling.
Plate up to 8 mm
The machine is designed for rolling sheet metal up to 8 mm thick.
Width 3000 mm
The working width allows processing sheets up to 3000 mm wide.
Upper roll 250 mm
The 250 mm upper roll provides material pressure and radius forming.
Lower rolls 180 mm
Two 180 mm lower rolls stabilize and guide the sheet during operation.
Various bending radii
Roll adjustment enables different radii and the forming of arcs, cylinders and structural segments.
Workshop operation
The model is suitable for one-off jobs, short production runs and typical workshop and manufacturing applications.
Robust construction
The machine structure supports stable sheet guidance when bending and rolling long sheets.

Work process
How does a 3-roll plate rolling machine work?
Position the sheet
The material is inserted between the rolls and positioned correctly for processing.
Support the material
The two lower rolls stabilize the sheet and guide it through the machine.
Hydraulic forming
The upper roll presses the material while the hydraulic system helps form the required radius.
Repeated rolling
The sheet is passed through the rolls until the required arc, cylinder or structural element is achieved.
Applications
What can you use the WM11-8x3000 for?
Enclosures and guards
Forming cylindrical and semi-cylindrical enclosures and technical guards.
Pipes and arcs
Producing pipe segments, arcs and components with a controlled radius.
Fabrication workshops
Processing steel sheets, one-off jobs and short production runs.
Steel structures
Ventilation components, ducts, tank shells and light structures.
