DTL-20 is a single-column vertical turning lathe designed for stable machining of large industrial workpieces. The machine operates in Single Column, Manual / DRO configuration and is suitable for machining rings, flanges, pump components, bearing parts and general engineering components.
The construction is based on a rigid body, hardened and precision-ground guideways, a gearbox with 40Cr alloy-steel gears and a table with a 4-jaw chuck and additional T-slots for workpiece clamping.
The DTL-20 model combines a rigid construction, hydrostatic bearings, hardened guideways, a gearbox with 40Cr alloy-steel gears, automatic lubrication and a PLC for safe and reliable operation.
