DTL-23CNC is a single-column CNC vertical turning lathe, designed for stable and accurate machining of disc-shaped components, flanges, rings, wheels, housings and industrial parts requiring rigid clamping on the rotary table.
The machine was designed for production and workshop applications. Solid castings, a rigid construction, an AC main drive with a VDF unit and CNC control ensure high repeatability, smooth speed adjustment and good machining quality across different materials.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 2300 mm, a 2000 mm table, a workpiece height of 1600 mm with an optional 2000 mm version, a table load capacity of 10 t, a table speed range of 2.5–80 rpm in 4 gear stages and a 45 kW main motor.
