DTL-20M Vertical Turning Lathe
DTL-20M is a single-column CNC vertical turning lathe designed for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum turning diameter of 2000 mm. The machine combines turning with additional operations such as milling, drilling, tapping and grinding. Thanks to turn-mill functions, it is suitable not only for turning, but also for milling, drilling and tapping more complex components.
The model is designed for stable, rigid operation and high accuracy. It features, among other things, a rigid ribbed box-type construction, precision spindle bearings, a gearbox for accurate C-axis indexing and an optional ATC automatic tool changer.
The model features a 1600 mm table diameter, 10 t table load capacity, maximum workpiece height of 1250 mm with an optional 1600 mm version, a 37/45 kW main motor, driven spindle, precision 2-step gearbox, hydraulic system and the option of an ATC automatic tool changer.
