DTL-160S-CNC is a CNC vertical turning lathe with a single movable column, designed for precise machining of the largest and heaviest industrial workpieces. The machine enables turning of components with a maximum diameter of 16000 mm and operation with a table load capacity of 120 t, optionally up to 200 or 300 t.
The design, based on high-quality castings, a large ram-head section and hydrostatic table bearings, provides high stability during machining of oversized components. The movable column facilitates loading and unloading of large and heavy workpieces.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 16000 mm, a 7100 mm table with an optional 8000 or 10000 mm version, a workpiece height of 4000 mm with an optional 5000, 6000 or 7000 mm version, a table load capacity of 120 t with an optional 200 or 300 t version and a 90 kW main motor with an optional 110 or 130 kW version.
