DTL-100S-CNC is a CNC vertical turning lathe with a single movable column, designed for precise machining of very large and heavy industrial workpieces. The machine enables turning of components with a maximum diameter of 10000 mm and operation with a table load capacity of 90 t, optionally up to 120 t.
The design, based on high-quality castings, a large ram-head section and hydrostatic table bearings, provides high stability during machining of oversized components. The movable column facilitates loading and unloading of large and heavy workpieces.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 10000 mm, a 5700 mm table with an optional 6300 or 7100 mm version, a workpiece height of 4000 mm with an optional 5000 or 6000 mm version, a table load capacity of 90 t with an optional 120 t version and a 90 kW main motor with an optional 110 kW version.
