DTL-80M is a CNC vertical turning lathe designed for precise and stable machining of very large and heavy industrial workpieces. The machine enables machining of components with a maximum turning diameter of 8000 mm and a table load capacity of 120 tonnes, optionally up to 200 or 300 tonnes.
The model was designed for the most demanding industrial applications. A rigid box-type construction with reinforced ribs, precision spindle bearings, a drive with accurate C-axis positioning and an optional automatic tool changer (ATC) enable efficient multi-task machining of very large components.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 8000 mm, a 6300 mm table with an optional 7100 mm version, a table load capacity of 120 t with an optional 200 or 300 t version, a workpiece height of 3000 mm with an optional 4000 or 5000 mm version, a 90 kW main motor with an optional 110 kW version and equipment for multi-task machining.
