DTL-63M is a CNC vertical turning lathe designed for precise and stable machining of very large industrial workpieces. The machine enables machining of components with a maximum turning diameter of 6300 mm and a table load capacity of 50 tonnes, optionally up to 70 or 120 tonnes.
The model was designed for heavy industrial duty. A rigid box-type construction with reinforced ribs, precision spindle bearings, a drive with accurate C-axis positioning and an optional automatic tool changer (ATC) enable efficient multi-task machining.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 6300 mm, a 4500 mm table with an optional 5000 or 5700 mm version, a table load capacity of 50 t with an optional 70 or 120 t version, a workpiece height of 3000 mm with an optional 4000 or 4500 mm version, a 75 kW main motor with an optional 90 kW version and equipment for multi-task machining.
