DTL-63F/CNC is a double-column CNC vertical turning lathe with a fixed crossbeam, designed for precise and stable machining of very large industrial workpieces. The machine enables machining of components with a maximum turning diameter of up to 6300 mm and a table load capacity of 32 tonnes, optionally up to 50, 70 or 120 tonnes.
The model was designed for high rigidity and repeatable accuracy. High-quality castings, a symmetrical gantry construction, hydrostatic table bearings and hydrostatic guideways ensure smooth and efficient machining of disc-shaped workpieces, rings, flanges and large technical components.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 6300 mm, a 4500 mm table with an optional 5000 or 5700 mm version, a 32 t table load capacity with an optional 50, 70 or 120 t version, a workpiece height of 2000 mm with an optional 2500 or 3000 mm version, a 75 kW main motor with an optional 90 or 110 kW version and a CNC system with AC drive and speed control via a VDF unit.
