DTL-50M is a CNC vertical turning lathe designed for precise and stable machining of large industrial workpieces. The machine enables machining of components with a maximum turning diameter of 5000 mm and a table load capacity of 32 tonnes, optionally up to 50 tonnes.
The model was designed for heavy industrial duty. A rigid box-type construction with reinforced ribs, precision spindle bearings, a drive with accurate C-axis positioning and an optional automatic tool changer (ATC) enable efficient multi-task machining.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 5000 mm, a 4000 mm table with an optional 4500 mm version, a 32 t table load capacity with an optional 50 t version, a workpiece height of 2000 mm with an optional 2500 or 3000 mm version, a 75 kW main motor and equipment for multi-task machining.
