DTL-31M is a CNC vertical turning lathe designed for precise and stable machining of large industrial workpieces. The machine enables machining of components with a maximum turning diameter of 3150 mm and a table load capacity of 20 tonnes.
The model was designed for heavy industrial duty. A rigid box-type construction with reinforced ribs, precision spindle bearings, a drive with accurate C-axis positioning and an optional automatic tool changer (ATC) enable efficient multi-task machining.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 3150 mm, a 2250 mm table with an optional 2830 mm version, a 20 t table load capacity, a workpiece height of 1600 mm with an optional 2200 or 2500 mm version, a 55 kW main motor and equipment for multi-task machining.
