DTL-31F/CNC is a double-column CNC vertical turning lathe with a fixed crossbeam, designed for precise and stable machining of industrial workpieces. The machine enables machining of components with a maximum turning diameter of up to 3150 mm and a table load capacity of 12 tonnes.
The model was designed for high rigidity and repeatable accuracy. High-quality castings, a symmetrical gantry construction, hydrostatic table bearings and hydrostatic guideways ensure smooth and efficient machining of disc-shaped workpieces, rings, flanges and large technical components.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 3150 mm, a 2830 mm table, a 12 t table load capacity, a workpiece height of 1200 mm with an optional 1600 mm, a 55 kW main motor and a CNC system with AC drive and speed control via a VDF unit.
