CONTROLLING

In order to guarantee the highest quality of each machine, during final assembly and just after it every machine is subjected to meticulous testing and measurements, which can be divided into three main stages:

  • Measurement of machine geometry
  • Accuracy and repeatability tests
  • Work tests and final acceptance


I. MEASUREMENTS OF MACHINE GEOMETRY


Machine geometry test, which every DIGIMA router is subjected to, is divided into the following steps:

II. ACCURACY AND REPEATABILITY TEST


Checking the accuracy of each axis is a critical step in affecting the quality of the router. Therefore, each machine after assembly is subjected to further tests:

III. WORK TEST AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE


Comprehensive measurements and simulation of machine work after assembly are performed to optimize the machines.
This process guarantees correct and long-term, trouble-free work of routers. Before shipment to the customer next tests are performed:
